I'm a patient, how do I install CareLINK?

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, open the CareLINK application and touch "Forgot Password?" Enter your username or email in the pop up, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I am having trouble logging into CareLINK. What should I do?

If you have already identified that this is not a password-related issue, this is most likely WiFi-related. In your phone's Settings section, find WiFi and turn it off. If you are still having problems, contact support.

How do I change my alerting schemes?

The alerting schemes and intervals are fully customizable to your practice. Let us know if you would like to change anything.
